From the 22nd until the 26th of March this year, Spring Basel took place at Messeplatz. It is a festival celebrating the creative potential of the region and setting the stage for local culture and music scene. A place where artists demonstrate their talents, where visitors explore and experience local music such as rock, folk, electronica and live rap. It also offers local and international cuisines, a wide range of delightful tastes and smells. There truly is something for everyone!
We at ThanksGiver are so happy and thankful for being part of this brand new event. We would like to thank Ms. Nadia Bachorski and Mr. Dimitri De Man from Messe Basel and Ms. Constanze Löffler from MCH Group for giving us a stage to connect with the visitors to help raise funds and spread the awareness of our mission to reduce hunger and food waste in our community.
Because of their generosity, we were able to showcase the wonderful products that companies such as Fossil Group Europe have donated. Also, we were able to raise funds through our "Spin the Wheel of delightful gifts" game. In sum, it was a lot of fun and we are grateful for everyone's participation and donation. We are already looking forward to next year's event!!
